Secret Locker app is the simplest app for text encryption and decryption (lock/unlock).
You can use it to:
- Encrypt and decrypt your text securely
- Have a secure place to store your passwords
- Share your text with others securely
- Have a secure encrypted conversation
- Store your crypto wallet seeds securely encrypted in one file and keep the word-key in your head A.K.A. "Brainwallet"
Features:
- You can type, paste or generate your own encryption key. It can be any text 6 to 70. characters in length.
- The app uses the strongest encryption algorithm AES (Advance Encryption Standard) to encrypt your plain text with the key that you have provided.
- The app uses the most popular open source library Crypto JS for encryption.
- None of your texts are stored without your knowledge.
- None of your texts are shared without your knowledge.
- Secret Locker shows you the buttons which when clicked, allow you to share or store your text.
- Your key is stored securely encrypted in phone's native Keychain/Keystore storage for convenience - so that you don't have to type it in every time.
- You can choose not to store the key by deleting it and saving empty key field.
